Frequently asked questions
Can I buy credits just once?
Yes, just subscribe to any plan and cancel right away. You will have 1 month to use your credits.
What exactly is a credit?
1 lead or account exported = 1 credit. 1 email found = 1 credit (you are not charged when no email is found). So a lead exported with its email costs 2 credits.
Do I need a Sales Navigator account?
Yes. Evaboot exports the results of your own Sales Navigator searches, so you need an active Sales Navigator seat. You can connect as many seats as you like at no extra cost.
How many leads can I export from one search?
Up to 2,500 leads, or 1,000 companies. That ceiling is LinkedIn's own: Sales Navigator stops paginating past it. To go further, split your search into narrower ones (by headcount, geography or industry) and export each.
What happens if I don't use all my credits?
Unused credits will roll over to the next billing period as long as you have an active subscription.
Can I cancel or change my plan at any time?
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time and keep using your credits until the end of your billing period. Upgrading a monthly subscription restarts the billing period, so the new credits are available immediately. A yearly subscription cannot be cancelled or downgraded before the end of contract, but you can upgrade it by contacting support.
Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?
Yes. You can pause billing for 1, 2 or 3 months from your billing page. Your credits stay usable while you are paused, and billing restarts on its own at the end.
Can my team share one credit balance?
Yes. Invite your teammates from the team page and everyone spends from the same balance, so you only buy one plan. Seats are unlimited.
Does Evaboot find phone numbers?
No. If you want phone numbers you can combine Evaboot with Datagma. You get 15% discount on your first phone credits purchase with the code EVABOOT.
Can I use Evaboot with Claude Code?
Yes. Evaboot has an API: give Claude Code (or any AI agent) the API documentation on docs.evaboot.com and your API key, and it can launch exports and find emails for you.
