+200,000 users export Sales Navigator with Evaboot
Evaboot is the only company I could find that easily enables users to quickly export Sales Nav leads to Excel. Additionally, the data enrichment aspect is very solid. The exported data also includes LinkedIn profile headlines and summaries which is a HUGE help. I'd much rather scan those in Excel than in Sales Nav. Lastly, JB and team also provide prompt support when needed. Would absolutely recommend.

Everything your agent can do in Sales Navigator
Seven categories. All of them run on your own seat.
Search building
- Build a lead or account search by describing who you want, in plain English.
- Refine it in a follow-up: drop a country, exclude agencies, add a title.
Lead and account exports
- Export a lead search, a lead list, an account search, or an account list.
- Cap an export at a number of rows to fit the quota you have left.
- Find emails during the export, for matching domains only or for every lead.
- Browse past exports and pull their rows back at any time.
Lead lists
- Browse, create, and delete the lead lists on your seat.
- Save the leads that matched into a named list, 999 per list.
- Run a search and save every result into a new list, up to 1,000 leads.
- Split a search of more than 2,500 people into list-backed slices.
Account lists
- Browse, create, and delete the account lists on your seat.
- Add companies to a list, or save a whole account search into a new one.
- Split a search of more than 1,000 companies into list-backed slices.
Saved searches
- Browse, save, and delete lead and account searches.
- Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cadence so new matches keep arriving.
Alerts
- Read job changes, posts, and funding rounds across your whole feed.
- Narrow the feed to one lead, one company, or one list.
Credits and quota
- Check your credit balance and the daily export quota you have left before launching.
From an instruction to a list in your account
Four steps, and Sales Navigator stays closed the whole time.
- 1
Describe
Tell your assistant who you want to reach. It resolves your words against LinkedIn's real filter catalogue.
- 2
Export
The search runs on your own seat. Every row comes back with the company domain, exact headcount, and a match flag.
- 3
Save
The leads that matched go back into Sales Navigator as a named list, with their companies in an account list beside it.
- 4
Watch
Save the search on a weekly cadence and ask for the alerts whenever a lead changes job or a company raises.
Describe the audience, get searches
Describe the audience in plain English. The server maps it to LinkedIn's real filters and returns a search that opens and runs. Refine it in the next message.

Sales Navigator MCP FAQ
Can my assistant build the Sales Navigator search for me?
Yes. Describe the audience in plain English and the MCP server resolves job titles, industries, headcount bands and regions against LinkedIn's real filter catalogue, then returns a Sales Navigator URL that opens and runs. Ask for a change in your next message, such as dropping a country or excluding agencies, and it refines the same search instead of starting over. When you name an industry, it can also run the search company-first and build the account lists that strategy needs.
Does the export tell me which leads really match my filters?
Yes, and this matters. LinkedIn's own headcount and title filters let rows through that do not fit. Every exported row carries a Matches Filters flag and a No Match Reasons field, alongside the company domain, exact headcount and headquarters, so you can drop the wrong-size and wrong-title rows before the list goes anywhere.
How many leads can one export return?
LinkedIn shows at most 2,500 results for a lead search and 1,000 for an account search, and an export returns up to that ceiling within your daily quota. You can cap an export at a smaller number to fit the quota you have left. For a search that matches more than the ceiling, ask your assistant to split it: the server saves the results into list-backed slices on your seat and hands back one search URL per slice.
Can it create and manage my lead lists and account lists?
Yes. Your assistant can browse, create and delete both kinds of list on your seat. It can save the leads that matched into a named list, 999 per list, add leads or companies to a list you already have, or run a search and save every result into a new list, up to 1,000 at a time. Lists are validated before anything is written, so a malformed profile fails the call rather than leaving an empty list behind.
What about saved searches and alerts?
Your assistant can save a lead or account search on your seat with a daily, weekly or monthly cadence, list the searches you already have, and delete the ones you no longer need. It can also read your alerts, meaning job changes, posts and funding rounds, for the whole feed, for leads or accounts only, or for one lead, one company or one list.
Is it safe to let an agent write to my Sales Navigator account?
Everything it creates is a normal Sales Navigator object on your own seat: a list, a saved search, nothing else. They appear in Sales Navigator exactly as if you had made them by hand, and Evaboot never deletes them unless you ask. Exports run through the same path the web app has used since launch. The server does not send connection requests, InMails or messages on your behalf.
Do I need a Sales Navigator seat?
Yes. Searches, exports, lists, saved searches and alerts all run on your own connected seat, so you need an active Sales Navigator subscription. The MCP server does not provide access to Sales Navigator, it drives the seat you already have.
How is this different from the LinkedIn MCP?
Same server, two angles. This page covers running a Sales Navigator account: building searches, exporting at volume, and managing lists, saved searches and alerts. The LinkedIn MCP page covers reading LinkedIn as structured data: looking up people and companies, enriching profile URLs, and which fields come back. If you are building and maintaining lists, you are in the right place.
