+200,000 users find emails with Evaboot
Evaboot is the only company I could find that easily enables users to quickly export Sales Nav leads to Excel. Additionally, the data enrichment aspect is very solid. The exported data also includes LinkedIn profile headlines and summaries which is a HUGE help. I'd much rather scan those in Excel than in Sales Nav. Lastly, JB and team also provide prompt support when needed. Would absolutely recommend.

How the finder performs
The same numbers the web app is held to, on every lookup your assistant runs.
- 60–80%
- Discovery rate
- 97%
- Deliverability on safe emails
- 0 credits
- Spent on a miss
Depending on your market. LinkedIn, the web and pattern discovery sit behind every lookup.
Guaranteed. Addresses marked riskier still reach 83%.
You only pay for the emails found. A prospect that comes back empty costs nothing.
Everything your agent can do with the finder
Four categories. No Sales Navigator seat needed for any of them.
Single lookup
- Find one professional email from a first name, last name and company, on the spot.
- Pass the company domain when you have it, so the finder stops guessing the company.
Bulk jobs
- Submit as many prospects as you like in one job and let your assistant poll it.
- Browse past jobs, newest first, and pull their results back without a new run.
Verified as it is found
- Every address is verified on the way out and arrives as safe, riskier or invalid.
- Professional addresses only, which is what keeps the list usable under GDPR.
Credits
- Each address found draws on the same credit balance as the web app. Check it before a big job.
From a list of names to a list of addresses
Four steps, and not a single CSV upload.
- 1
Hand over
Give your assistant names and companies, or the export they came from, with the company domain when you have it.
- 2
Find
The job runs on Evaboot. Your assistant polls it and brings back a professional address for most of the list.
- 3
Verify
Every address found is verified before it reaches you, so it arrives safe, riskier or invalid, ready for a sequence.
- 4
Come back later
Past jobs stay listed. Ask for last week's result and it is fetched as it was, without spending credits again.
Hand over the list, get the emails
Submit every prospect in one job. Your assistant polls it and comes back with a professional address for most of them, each already verified. Domains raise the hit rate.

One person, one answer
For a single prospect there is no job to poll. Ask for one person's address and it comes straight back, already verified, while you research the account.

Same server, same connection. One MCP builds the list the finder works from. The other checks lists that came from somewhere else.
Email Finder MCP FAQ
How accurate is the email finder?
Evaboot finds a professional email for 60 to 80 percent of a typical B2B list and returns a status for every address it finds. Supplying the company domain alongside the name raises the hit rate, because the finder no longer has to guess which company the person works at.
What do I need to pass for each person?
A first name and a last name are required. A company name or, better, a company domain is strongly recommended. Without a company the finder has nothing to anchor on, and a generic company label such as Stealth Startup will return nothing.
Are the emails verified?
Yes. Every address the finder returns is verified before it reaches you and carries a status of safe, riskier or invalid. You do not need to run the verifier over a list the finder produced. The verifier is for addresses that came from somewhere else, such as a CRM export or a file a colleague sent.
Does it return personal email addresses?
No. Evaboot returns professional addresses only, which is what keeps it usable under GDPR. Personal inboxes are never returned.
Do I need a Sales Navigator seat?
No. The email finder works on any list of names and companies, wherever it came from. A Sales Navigator seat is only needed if you want your assistant to build the list as well, which the Sales Navigator MCP covers.
How many emails can one job handle?
A job takes as many prospects as you want to submit, up to your credit balance. Your assistant polls the job and hands back the results when it finishes. For a single person, use the single lookup instead and skip the job entirely.
