The Unlimited Leads System and intent-based automated outreach (IBAO), explained in a minute and a half.
The system
Stop buying lists that go stale
A lead list is out of date the day you export it.
The Unlimited Leads System is three pieces wired together: a saved Sales Navigator search, a recurring Evaboot export, and an outreach campaign that receives the new leads every week.

LinkedIn adds new people who match your search every week. Evaboot exports them and pushes them to your sequences automatically.

02 · Evaboot Recurring export new leads only
03 · lemlist Outreach campaign every run
Set up once · new leads arrive every run
Set it up once and new prospects keep arriving, with copy already written for why you are reaching out now.
Step 02 stacks a second technique on top: intent-based automated outreach (IBAO). The system keeps the leads coming; IBAO makes sure each one has a reason to hear from you now.
Step 01 / 04
Save the search, schedule the export
Build your ideal customer search in Sales Navigator: job titles, seniority, company headcount, geography.
Then save it: turn on Get notified of new lead results at the top of the filter panel. Sales Navigator now tracks every new person who matches.
sales navigator · lead search
Add your filters, then turn on Get notified of new lead results to save the search.
Every saved search then counts the people who started matching since you last opened it.
sales navigator · saved searches
The green line is the new leads. Evaboot exports exactly those on every run.
In Evaboot, open Sales Nav Exports, go to the Recurring tab and click Create Recurring Export on that saved search.
dash.evaboot.com · sales nav exports · recurring
The Recurring tab lists your Sales Navigator saved searches. Click Create Recurring Export on the one you want to automate.
Pick daily, weekly or monthly: each run returns only the leads added since the last one.
create recurring export
Pick the frequency and where new leads go. Nothing is exported until the first run.
Connect lemlist under Integrations in Evaboot, and each new batch goes to your campaign automatically. HubSpot, Instantly, Zapier, n8n and Make work the same way.

Connect lemlist (or your outreach tool) once under Integrations.
Step 02 / 04
Add intent filters to double down on timing
A plain saved search tells you who fits. Intent filters tell you who is paying attention right now.
This is the second technique, stacked on the Unlimited Leads System: intent-based automated outreach, or IBAO (say it as one word, "ee-bao"). Every saved search carries one intent filter, its recurring export feeds one campaign, and that campaign opens with the reason the filter gives you.

Following your company
They follow your company page on LinkedIn.

Follow-up
Since you follow our updates, I thought the {{caseStudy}} result would be relevant: {{oneLineResult}}.

Viewed your profile recently
They looked at your own LinkedIn profile recently.
Why it works: They were curious about you first. Answering that curiosity feels natural.
Opener
Saw you checked my profile, so I'll keep this short.

Follow-up
Following up on {{postTopic}}: here is the one-page version of how {{similarCompany}} approached it.
Step 03 / 04
Use company signals: hiring, leadership changes, funding
Some of the strongest signals belong to the company, not the person.
These filters live in the account search. Save the account search, add its results to an account list, then run a lead search with the Account lists filter set to that list and your target job titles, and make that export recurring.
sales navigator · account filters
Company headcount growth sits under Company attributes; hiring, leadership changes and funding are in Spotlights.
An account list is a snapshot: it does not add companies that match later. Refresh it from the saved account search every week (step 04), and the recurring lead export picks up the people at the new companies.

Hiring on LinkedIn
The company has open roles on LinkedIn (Job opportunities filter).
Why it works: Open roles show where the company is investing, and growth brings new needs and new budget.
Opener
Saw {{companyName}} is hiring for {{role}}, which usually means {{yourTopic}} is about to get busier.
Follow-up
Teams that hire {{role}}s often hit {{problem}} first. Here is how {{similarCompany}} avoided it.

Company headcount growth
The company's headcount grew within the Min (%) to Max (%) range you set (Company attributes group).
Why it works: A team that is growing fast outgrows its current processes and tools.
Opener
{{companyName}} has grown fast lately. Congrats to the team: growth like that usually puts pressure on {{yourTopic}}.
Follow-up
When {{similarCompany}} grew at the same pace, {{problem}} was the first thing to break. Here is how they fixed it.
Step 04 / 04
Keep the account list fresh every week
Block ten minutes on the same day each week.
Open your saved account search in Sales Navigator. It now includes the companies that started showing the signal since you built the list.
Select the results and save them to the same account list. Keep the list name unchanged: your lead search filters on that list, so the recurring export picks up the people at the new companies on its next run.
sales navigator · account lists
Keep one account list per signal and save the new results to it every week.
Or let the agent kit at the top of this guide do it: its refresh script adds the new companies to each list every Monday.
